K.Y. House is located in the Bayrampaşa district of Istanbul. In the design process, it was aimed to renovate 3 + 1 apartments for two users with a modern residential design approach. In the design of the residence, a pleasant living environment is provided with modern, high-quality furniture selection and color choices that are fashionable in every period. Housing design and solutions are the result of the user’s wishes and needs. KY House in this sense coincides with the demands of the user with its functional and simple design.
