The project is located on Bagdat Street, one of the favorite residential areas of Istanbul. It is an urban transformation project in the residential area, which has been on the agenda with urban transformation projects in recent years. There is currently a 7-storey apartment on the project land. It has been decided to demolish and reconstruct due to the fact that it is located in the region designated as an urban transformation area and also has an earthquake risk. The employer was the contractor of this building, presented his expectations with the floor owners, and the concept project phase was initiated. In the project area of 1750 m² width, a housing project with a total area of 345 m² and 11 floors in total was designed.
