Peker Apartments are located on Bagdat Street, Istanbul’s favorite residential area. In the design process, it was aimed to renovate a pleasant lobby and two duplex apartments with a modern residential design approach. While the lobby is furnished with a contemporary and simple image with wooden details, a pleasant living environment is provided with the choice of modern, high-quality furniture and color choices that are fashionable in each period in the design of the two duplex houses. Housing design and solutions are the result of the user’s wishes and needs. In this sense, Peker Apartments overlap with the demands of the user with its functional and simple design. The lobby is undoubtedly the first place where we get the idea of the users of an apartment. The lobby of Peker Apartments is designed to be a decent place representing decent apartment users.
